Last run before Sunday!
After those lethargic and “failed” attempts at running this week, I really, really pushed myself to go more than 3 miles. I don’t think I can bear running on Sunday without completing another 6.2 under my belt. I attached my “empty” water bottle to my belt bag and started to run. It kept bouncing so I may need to adjust this for Sunday. I also felt a huge relief after removing the belt bag from my waist…. Which means I may need to really consider getting a Garmin already.
Anyway, 6.2 in. Confidence up. Gonna drink my water, get fueled up, get some rest and get ready for Sunday.
